Camper Registration

Covid-19 update:  We’re sad to inform that we are not able to provide our regular programs this summer due to restrictions related to Covid-19.  Please click here to read more.

You can register your child for a camp session by filling out a registration form.  Registration forms can be picked up at the main camp office or at the Main Ingredient stores in Peterborough.

A registration form is mailed to all campers who attended the previous year.  Forms are also distributed to all of the elementary schools in the area.  These forms are distributed to students at the discretion of the school.  Or download a form by clicking here or on the link at bottom of page.

Campers must be 7 to 17 years of age by the time their camp session starts.  We also accept children who are 6, but they must have finished Grade 1 before attending camp.

Submitting Registrations:

Completed registration forms can be dropped off or mailed to the camp (Click here for directions).  Once we have received the completed registration form, we will phone or email you to confirm the registration.

Please note that registrations are handled on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed.  In order to provide an equal opportunity for children from the surrounding communities to attend camp, campers may only attend one of the 5 camp sessions per summer.

Campers are organized into teams during the camp. If your child is coming to camp with friends, you can request that they be placed on the same team. Please send your requests with the registration form.

Medical Info:

If your child has any medical conditions that we need to be made aware of, please indicate it on the registration form.  If your child requires special supervision at school, you must provide the same at camp.  Call camp for details.  Please understand that although our volunteers will do their best to integrate campers, we reserve the right to send campers.

What Does it Cost?

To enable every child in our community equal opportunity to attend camp, no registration fee has ever been required.  The camp continues to be funded by free-will donations from individuals.  Tax-deductible receipts are issued for donations.

Any gift is gratefully received!

Office Hours:

We do our best to have our office open Mon-Fri from 8 am to 5 pm (until end of August), depending on volunteer availability.  If you drop by and no one is at the desk or the door is locked, please leave your registration forms in the green mailbox outside the door.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.
