Camper Registration

You can register your child for a camp session by filling out our ONLINE registration form below (link provided at the bottom of this page).

 

Ages:

Campers must be 7 to 17 years of age by the time their camp session starts.

Submitting Registrations:

You can register your camper(s) ONLINE by using the link at the bottom of this page.   Once we have received your submission, we will phone or email you to confirm the registration.  Please note:  your child(ren) will not be officially registered until you hear from us.  Registrations are handled on a first come first serve basis and spots are not guaranteed.

In order to provide an equal opportunity for children from the surrounding communities to attend camp, campers may only attend one of our camp sessions per summer.

Teams:

Campers are organized into teams during the camp.  If your child is coming to camp with friends, you can request that they be placed on the same team.  There are no guarantees we will be able to do so, but will try our best.

Medical Info:

If your child has any medical conditions that we need to be made aware of, please indicate it on the registration form.  If your child requires special supervision at school, you must also provide the same at camp.  Call camp for details.  Please understand that although our volunteers will do their best to integrate campers, we reserve the right to send campers home.

What Does it Cost?

To enable every child in our community an equal opportunity to attend camp, no registration fee has ever been required.  The camp continues to be funded by free-will donations from individuals.  Tax-deductible receipts are issued for donations to the camp ministry.

Any gift amount is gratefully received!

Tuck Shop:

We open up a shop during lunch time where kids can buy cold drinks like slushies, pop and juice boxes and snacks.  If you wish your child(ren) to participate in you can send money for this purpose ahead of time.    Tuck money must be sent at least 2 weeks before your child(ren)’s camp session begins.  We will NOT be accepting any cash or e-transfer during camp.  $10 per week is more than enough for any age of camper.  You can send a cheque via mail, or an e-transfer with the word TUCK and your camper’s full name in the memo to info@hopevalley.ca
